Shane and his family started attending NewSpring in 2003. Now, as Executive Pastor, it's his desire to see that everyone on staff is utilizing their God given gifts to the fullest. He is committed to seeing NewSpring Church become more effective in making a difference in people's lives and community.
Rick serves on the management team of North Point Ministries in Alpharetta, GA. He leads the Ministry Services team and has worked in that role since the inception of the ministry in 1995. He is married to Pamela and has three children. In his leisure time he enjoys reading, travel, and photography.
As lead executive senior pastor of Gateway Church, Todd oversees the staff and ministries of Gateway Church. Under Pastor Robert, he leads the executive senior leadership team of the church, as well as serves as an elder. Todd and Blynda have been married since 1995 and have 3 beautiful children. They currently reside in Trophy Club, Texas.
Chad Veach is the pastor of ZOE Church in Los Angles, California. Pastor Chad is a leading voice to this generation, who travels both nationally and internationally. He has devoted his life to loving God, loving people, and building the local church. In addition, he has recently authored the book, "Unreasonable Hope." Chad and his wife Julia have three beautiful children: Georgia, Winston, and Maverick.
Blue serves on the Executive Team at Christ's Church of the Valley (Peoria, AZ). He has over twenty years of management experience in manufacturing, marketing, and professional services. Prior to joining the church, he partnered with organizations to implement technology-enabled solutions. Blue's free time is spent with his wife Crystal, their 4 children, and the game of golf.
Lawrence Fudge serves as the executive pastor at Mosaic, a church located in the heart of Los Angeles, California. His primary focus is helping lead and develop Mosaic's team to implement Mosaic's vision in the church and beyond. Lawrence works passionately to build a future created with Mosaic's tenets of faith, hope, and love. He has been married to his beautiful wife Kelly for 11 years and together they have two young children, Emery and Levi. Lawrence believes there is no greater mission than helping connect a lost and broken world with the hope of Jesus.
Michael oversees Finance, HR, IT, Web, Construction, Facilities, Missions, and Security at NewSpring. Michael loves spending time with his wife, Lori, their three children, camping, and hiking. He is passionate about using technology, innovative methods, and efficient systems to help people meet and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Ryan lives to enhance, support, and finance the local church. With his combined business experience and passion for the church, Ryan brings a unique set of strengths to the team. He functions as the Executive Director of Expansion and Campus Pastor, alongside his wife, Jodi, at Champions Centre Bellevue Campus.
Erwin Raphael McManus is the Lead Pastor and founder of MOSAIC, a community of faith in Los Angeles, California. MOSAIC is known for its innovation, creativity, diversity, and social entrepreneurism and has been named one of the most influential and innovative churches in America. He holds a BA in psychology from UNC Chapel Hill, a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Humane Letters from Southeastern University.
